Your emergency callout visit includes the following: Inspection and Diagnosis: An experienced electrician will visit your home or business to inspect your electrics and diagnose the issue. No-Fix, No-Charge Policy: If the issue can be fixed during the visit without requiring replacement parts, the repair will be completed for free. Around 70% of customers typically fall into this category. Discounted Repair Rate for Complex Issues: If the issue is more complex, the electrician will continue working for a maximum of 1 hour at a discounted rate of £72+VAT. Parts: If any standard parts are needed and are in stock, they will be fitted during the visit. You’ll only be charged for the parts at trade prices, plus a small markup. There are no hidden costs, and you can review their pricing on the website. Further Quotations for Bigger Jobs: If the job requires more extensive work or parts not available in the van, you will be given a no-obligation, fixed-price quotation for the rest of the job after the initial 2-hour visit. This way, you know exactly what to expect from the emergency callout, with transparency around pricing and service.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: >Cancellations made with more than 10 working days' notice prior to your booking slot will incur no charge. >Cancellations received with less than 10 working days' notice will be charged 50% of the total order value. >Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
