Service Description

What’s included in my emergency response visit? We will send one of our experienced electricians to your home or business to inspect your electrics and diagnose the problem you’re having. If we can fix the problem there and then without any replacement parts, we will do so for FREE as part of your emergency response visit. We find that about 70% of our customers fall into this group and get their electrics fixed for this fixed price. For more complex repairs we will continue onsite for a maximum of 1 hour at a discounted rate of just £64.50+vat. If any standard parts are required and they are parts that we carry in our comprehensive van stock, we will fit them as part of your emergency response visit. We will only charge you for the parts used at trade prices plus a small markup. Unlike our competitors, we have nothing to hide so you can see the full list of our prices on our website. If it’s a bigger job that requires specific parts or we can’t repair the problem within your 2 Hour Emergency Response Visit, we will give you a no obligation fixed price quotation to complete the job for you as soon as we possibly can.

Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for cancellation if we have received more than 10 working days' notice prior to your booking slot. For cancellations received with less than 10 working days' notice will be charged at 50% of the order value. Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are non refundable.
