Standard Callout Visit

Service Description

Your callout visit includes the following: Inspection and Diagnosis: An experienced electrician will visit your home or business, inspect your electrics, and diagnose the issue. Free Fix for Minor Issues: If the problem can be resolved immediately without needing replacement parts, the fix will be done for free as part of the callout. Discounted Rate for Complex Repairs: If the repair is more complex, the electrician will continue working on-site for up to 1 hour at a discounted rate of £48 + VAT. Standard Parts Included: If the repair requires any standard parts that are available in their van stock, these parts will be fitted as part of the callout. You’ll only pay for the parts at trade prices plus a small markup. Fixed Price Quotation for Larger Jobs: If the issue is more complex, requiring specific parts or more than 2 hours to fix, you'll receive a no-obligation fixed price quotation for completing the work. In essence, you’re paying for the time and any necessary parts used during the visit, with transparency in pricing for both labor and materials.
